We worked in conjunction with both Arcadia and BaxterStorey to implement a new kitchen and restaurant facility catering for 1000 people on a daily basis. Both clients had differing requirements of the facility. Arcadia prioritised a new servery for their staff within a location that was in fitting with their interior design and corporate style.
BaxterStorey’s key factor was maximising production and servery space to deliver their catering offer supporting both quality of product and efficiency of service. By liaising closely on each step of the process with our clients we ensured that all expectations were not only fully met, but exceeded for their investment.
We are also proud to acknowledge that this facility was successfully completed and handed over to both clients two weeks after work started on site, minimising the impact on their staff and welfare.
