A facility which is accessible to at least 300 employees per day.
This procedure involved 6 weeks from start to completion of the design phase of the project. Senior members from the FCO liaised with D3 Design to articulate their vision for the facility to ensure its immediate success and operational effectiveness.
The new design and specification were then put out to tender to various catering fit out contractors. D3 Design were appointed as the successful contractor and were thus awarded the contract to complete the new facility.
The project took 8 weeks from the on site start to handover. All parties involved gave praise for both the teams direct approach and approachability. The clients were also impressed that as necessary adjustments with the site ergonomics arose, D3 Design ensured that the design could be adjusted to incorporate these alterations without affecting the handover date to the client.
