Square & Fair – Morgan Quarter – Cardiff

A new start up high street store in the Royal Arcade in Cardiff City Centre.

The space has been designed with customer journey in mind, due to its busy location, it was important for customers to be able to queue, order and collect without long queues or congested spaces within the shop.

The colour palette is inspired by the strong branding of the new Square & Fair concept, with navy blue, and rusty orange taking centre stage. Soft washed timber herringbone flooring, greyed out brick slips and rich navy walls help to unite the brand with a fun and quirky new addition to the arcade.

Bespoke counters, seating and neon lighting help to create a fun and cosy lunch spot. The seating allows for varying group sizes – smaller spaces to sit with a laptop, or a more leisurely booth area to sit and chat with a coffee.

The space has been completely transformed from a bare, stripped out shop into quirky coffee and sandwich destination with high street styling, and individuality in mind. To help shout the Square & Fair brand, and allowing the doorstop sized sandwiches to take centre stage.
